We said we wouldn’t do it again, upon reflection the first time around wasn’t that bad it’s just a lot to manage with a full time job, kids and all the usual stressors in life.
However after looking at what is out there in our suburban belt of Melbourne, looking at all the compromises people had made in their own builds we quickly realised that the only way to get what we truly wanted was to build again. Buying meant accepting someone else’s compromises and we weren’t prepared to do that.
